You will need a support person to hold the device for a video conference or a stand to use to hold your device as well as good lighting and internet signal.

This is a fun and informative consultation for you and your support person to explore infant feeding and set goals that work for your family and give you the right information to help prepare for your breastfeeding journey. We will discuss a variety of relevant topics and even have fun practicing positions and “latching”. Start your breastfeeding journey off right with knowing what to expect and how to prepare!

This consult is perfect for getting you ready to start pumping for work or helping you with exclusive pumping. Sometimes, adding pumping to your breastfeeding journey may seem stressful and I am here to help you find the routine that works for you. We will discuss how to use your pump, check for proper flange fit, how to maximize milk collection as well as breast milk storage, handling and preparation. We will also develop a plan for using a bottle for feedings such as paced bottle feeding.

Payments required in full prior to appointment. A superbill will be provided to you within 24-48 hours after consultation to provide to your insurance company for reimbursement.
